Abstract
In the title compound, [Sn2(C6H5)6(C8H4O4)], two triphenyltin groups are bridged by an isophthalate dianion through its two carboxylate groups. Each Sn atom displays a distorted tetrahedral geometry composed of three phenyl groups and one carboxylate O atom from the isophthalate anion.
