Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the importance and performance of selection attributes priorities, matrix and the effect of selection attributes on revisit intention and intention to recommendation of female screen golfers. Data analyses included exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, IPA matrix, and multivariate multiple regression analysis with a total of 205 female screen golfers using SPSS 23.0. Firstly, cleanliness of facility and waiting time were ranked as the highest selection attributes through IPA analysis. Based on the IPA result, two or more attributes were placed in each quadrant on matrix analysis. Secondly, three selection attributes(Main facilities, Sub facilities, Accessibility) had positive effects on revisit intention, whereas two selection attributes(Main facilities, Sub facilities) had positive impacts on intention to recommend. Practical implication and future research opportunities were also suggested.
