Abstract
Во второй части цикла статей по философии канонического права рассматриваются причины и принципы существования правового начала в Церкви. В статье критикуется позиция отрицающих возможность права в церковной ограде, на основании взглядов русских и иностранных правоведов и философов демонстрируется необходимость регулирования общественных отношений в Церкви с помощью норм канонического права. The second part of the series of articles on the philosophy of canon law deals with the reasons and principles of the existence of the legal beginning in the Church. The article criticizes the position of those who deny the possibility of law in the Church, and on the basis of the views of Russian and foreign jurists and philosophers demonstrates the necessity of regulating social relations in the Church by means of the norms of canon law.
