Abstract

The changeability of quantitative cytochemical characters “the RNA content in nucleolus” and “the RNA content in cytoplasm” for the sporogenic tisuue cells of winter soft wheat, rye, and F1 wheat-rye hybrids have been investigated. The reliable differences of the phenotypical distributing of the indicated indices have been depended on the genus and ploidy of the used cereals. The essential influence of maternal form genotype upon the value and changeability of quantitative cytochemical characters have been shown.
