Thai Abstract: งานวจยครงนมวตถประสงค 1) ศกษาการยอมรบบอนการพนนทถกกฎหมาย 2) เพอศกษาปจจยดานสถานภาพสวนบคคล และปจ จยดานสภาพแวดลอมทมผลตอการยอมรบบอนการพนนทถกกฎหมาย 3) เพอศกษาความสมพนธระหวางปจจยดานสภาพแวดลอม กบการยอมรบบอนการพนนทถกกฎหมายของ งานวจยนเปนงานวจยเชงปรมาณโดยตวอยาง มจานวน 144 คนซงไดมาจากการสมนสตปรญญาโท คณะสงคมศาสตร สาขารฐศาสตรมหาวทยาลยเกษตรศาสตรจานวน 227 คน และใชแบบสอบถามเปนเครองมอในการวจย และคานวณดวยโปรแกรมคอมพวเตอร สา หรบสถตทใชในการวเคราะหขอมล ไดแก คารอยละ คาเฉลย สวนเบยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบคาไคสแควร เพอวเคราะหความสมพนธระหวางตวแปรอสระ ซงประกอบดวยสถานภาพ ของแตละบคคล และปจจยดานสง แวดลอม ทมผลตอการยอมรบบอนการพนนทถกกฎหมาย หรอ ตวแปรตาม แสดงใหเหนถงความแตกตางอยางมนยสาคญทางสถตทระดบ 0.5 ผลการวจยในครงนพบวา 1) ตวอยางสวนใหญเปนเพศหญง เคยมประสบการณเกยวของกบการพนน ยอมรบการเขาบอนการพนนของเพศชายมากกวาเพศหญง และผทเขาไปในบอนการพนนตองมอายมากกวา 18 ป ในดานนโยบายของรฐ การนาเสนอขาวของสอ สวนใหญมการยอมรบอยในระดบปานกลาง 2)ตวอยางสวนใหญมความคดเหนความคดเหนยอมรบบอนการพนนทถกกฎหมาย 3) ปจจยดานสถานภาพสวนบคคลไดแก เพศ ประสบการณเกยวของกบบอนการพนน มผลตอการยอมรบบอนการพนนทถกกฎหมาย 4) ปจจยดานสภาพแวดลอม ไดแก เพศ อายของผทเขาไปในบอนการพนน นโยบายของรฐ การนาเสนอขาวของสอ มผลตอการยอมรบบอนการพนนทถกกฎหมาย English Abstract:The purposes of this research were 1) to study the acceptance of establishment of legalized casino, 2) to study personal status of the individual and environmental factors influencing on legalized casino acceptance, 3) to study the relationship between environmental factors and legalized casino acceptance. In this research, the samples consisted of 144 graduate students which were randomly selected from 227 students in the Faculty of Social Sciences, Department of Political Science and Public Administration, Kasetsart University. This research is qualified as a quantitative research. The questionnaires were used as an instrument, and the data from the survey of the experimental groups were evaluated by a computer program. Percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Chi-Square Test were employed for the analysis of the relationship between the independent variables which consisted of personal status of the individual and environmental factors influencing on legalized casino acceptance or dependent variable. The research shows statistically significant difference at 0.05. The results of this research were as follow: 1) Most of the samples were female who have experienced on gambling. Those revealed that going gambling in men was more acceptable than in women, and 18 years olds up was legalized. Casino had to be located outside of town. In terms of government policy and news publicity of mass media, casino was moderately accepted. 2) Personal status factors of the individual which are gender and gambling experience influenced by the legalized casino acceptance. 3) Majority of samples are accepted gambling to be legal. 4) Environmental factors which are gender, age of gambler, government policy, and news publicity of mass media influenced by the legalized casino acceptance.
