Thai Abstract: จากการศกษาเรอง รปแบบการบรหารจดการทสงผลตอความสา เรจของอตสาหกรรมไฟฟาและอเลกทรอนกส เพอศกษาคณลกษณะทว ไปของผประกอบการทมอทธพลสงผลตอรปแบบการบรหารจดการและความสา เรจในการบรหารจดการ ศกษารปแบบการบรหารจดการทมอทธพลสงผลตอความสาเรจในการบรหารจดการ เพอวเคราะหหาความสมพนธเชงสาเหตทเกยวของระหวางคณลกษณะทว ไปของผประกอบการ และรปแบบการบรหารจดการ เพอนาไปสความสา เรจในการบรหารจดการของอตสาหกรรมไฟฟาและอเลกทรอนกส สาหรบนาไปกาหนดรปแบบ การบรหารจดการทสงผลตอความสาเรจในการบรหารจดการทมประสทธภาพเหมาะสาหรบอตสาหกรรมไฟฟาและอเลกทรอนกสในประเทศไทย เกบรวบรวมขอมลตวอยางจากผประกอบการในอตสาหกรรมไฟฟาและอเลกทรอนกสใน 5 กลมผลตภณฑหลก จานวน 336 ตวอยาง โดยอาศยแบบสอบถามเปนเครองมอในการเกบรวบรวมขอมล วเคราะห ขอมลโดยใชสถตเชงพรรณนา สถตเชงอนมาน และการวเคราะหโมเดลสมการโครงสราง ผลการวจยพบวา คณลกษณะทว ไปของผประกอบการ และรปแบบการบรหารจดการ มความสมพนธกบความสาเรจ ในการบรหารจดการของ อตสาหกรรมไฟฟาและอเลกทรอนกส โดยทคณลกษณะทว ไปของผประกอบการจะมความสมพนธทางตรงกบรปแบบการบรหารจดการและความสาเรจในการบรหารจดการของอตสาหกรรมไฟฟาและอเลกทรอนกส นอกจากนยงพบวาคณลกษณะทว ไปของผประกอบการมความสมพนธทางออมกบความสา เรจในการบรหารจดการของอตสาหกรรมไฟฟา และอเลกทรอนกส โดยผานรปแบบการบรหารจดการ และโมเดลความสมพนธ เชงสาเหตทพฒนาขนจากการวจยม ความเหมาะสม เนองจากมความสอดคลองกบขอมลเชงประจกษ และแตละองคประกอบของโมเดลมความเทยงตรง มความสามารถในการพยากรณไดในระดบดและเปนทยอมรบได English Abstract: A model of administration and management impacts on the successful in the electrical and electronics industry aimed to study general characteristics of entrepreneurs having impacts upon the managerial form and the managerial achievement of electric and electronic industries, and to study the managerial form affecting the achievement of management so as to analyze causal relationship between general characteristics of the entrepreneurs and the managerial form leading to the achievement of electric and electronic industries management for use in defining the managerial form having impacts upon the managerial achievement as efficient and appropriate for the electric and electronic industries in Thailand. 336 sample groups of 5 key product groups were collected from the entrepreneurs in electric and electronic industries by using sets of questionnaire in data collection. The data analysis was used by the Descriptive Statistics, Interferential Statistics, and Structural Equation Model. According to the results of this research, general characteristics of the entrepreneurs and managerial form were related to the managerial achievement of the electric and electronic industries. The general characteristics of the entrepreneurs are directly relevant to the managerial form and managerial achievement of the electric and electronic industries. In addition, general characteristics of the entrepreneurs were indirectly relevant to the managerial achievement of the electric and electronic industries through the managerial form and the Causal Relationship Model as developed from appropriate research as a result of consistency with empirical data and each component of the Model is accurate and forecastable in a good and acceptable manner.
