Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of the emotional labor on job burnout and moderating effects of supervisor support in deluxe hotels" buffet restaurants. The survey was conducted through a total of 300 questionnaires from September 3rd to September 21st, 2018 and 271 copies in the analysis of frequency, EFA, reliability, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis with SPSS 18.0 program. The results of this study are as follows; the factors of emotional labor are deep acting and surface acting. Second, the results of analyzing the effects of emotional labor on job burnout are that surface acting showed a positive significant influence on job burnout and deep acting showed a negative significant influence on job burnout. Third, the results of the moderating role of supervisor support showed a significant influence on surface acting and deep acting. It indicated that relationship between supervisor and employees is the key to solve the emotional labor and job burnout. Limitations and future directions were also discussed.
