Abstract

The objectives of this research were to 1) study personal dimension characteristics, workplace collaboration, working environment, and working strategy 4.0 supporting academic staff of King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok 2) develop the working strategy model for the 4.0 academic supporting staff of King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok. Population and sampling were enquired from the supporting academic staff of King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok. The total number of respondents completing the questionnaire was 400. The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics. The result showed that the characteristics of personnel dimension factors, workplace collaboration, working environment, and the 4.0 academic supporting staff of the King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok were found at the high opinion level. Also, this working strategy model could highly support the current academic supporting staff performances.
