Abstract
Currently, 3d laser printing is changing the modern world, which cannot but affect medicine. The number of medical specialties in which additive technologies are used to treat patients is steadily melting every year. The number of clinics and surgeons using 3D printing in practice is increasing every year. This paper presents the main 3D printing laser technologies developed and implemented at the moment. The advantages of each of the technologies and the scope of application of laser 3D printing are analyzed. The experience of using additive laser technologies in vertebrology and neurosurgery according to modern scientific literature is described. 3D laser printing technologies in neurosurgery and vertebrology make it possible to create high-precision implants, reduce the time of surgical intervention and improve the aesthetic effect of the operation
