Abstract
This article is discovered the raw actual social and economic problems of youth. Also state key program “Youth of Ukraine” 2016-2020 is analyzed in a case of goal, realization principles, forecasting results, priority tasks. The article is analyzed the forecast of youth participants and financial providing of the key tasks of “Youth of Ukraine” 2016-2020 (by the years). Regional key operations are discovered such as “Vinnitsa Youth”, “Volyn Youth”, Dnipropetrovsk Youth”, “Donetsk Youth and Family”, “ Mykolaiv Youth”, “Prykarpattia Youth”, “Sumy Youth”, “Ternopil Youth” , “Kherson Youth” and others. The raw of recommendations are proposed for development and implementation in state programmes “Ukrainian Youth”: uneplyment youth engagement into the actions with state unemployment centers; physical health promotion of youth, restorection of sport sections activity in the schools and universities; experience exchange programme implementation, cooperation in state projects.
