Protection of life of each individual of the country from technogenic emergency situations, industrial accidents and their consequences is a concern of the state. In this regard, one objective is to minimize the consequences of emergency situations and to prevention, as the main thing is the preservation life and health of citizens. First of all, must be properly designed and construction industries. Further, should competent be maintenance of the constructed industrial and working sites. And important examination of safety of production facilities and competent independent experts. But without thorough training objects security. Every year in the Russian Federation more and more attached to those moments of great attention, a large amount of preventive measures. But it is important to give security the attention, it is important to evaluate the events, analyze their effectiveness and, if necessary, conduct the adjustment. There are extreme situations on the origin or preventing which we cannot influence, for example the number of natural emergencies, the only thing we can do is predict and mitigate the effects. But technogenic emergencies we can foresee, and prevent, at least mitigate. One of the indicators of the success and validity of the measures of prevention of emergencies, reduction in their number, especially man-made emergencies, which in turn protects resources-it, is also an economic effect. Man-made emergencies prevention, early interventions for reducing risk, and thus the preservation of life and health of citizens is a matter of utmost priority.
