Abstract
This study applies online lecture service quality factors to IPA analysis, analyzes importance and satisfaction, and prepares and analyzes the epidemic corona era through classification of maintenance items, concentration items, low priority items and excess items to demonstrate. In this study, a population was set for students who participated in university online classes by reinforcing social distancing in the corona-19 outbreak, and a questionnaire was conducted centering on college students in the G area from January to February 2021 using a convenient sampling method.
