Abstract

Problem statement and its connection with important scientific and practical tasks. In market conditions, the priority is to ensure sustainable economic and social development of enterprises, which is possible only with qualitative changes in management stereotypes and largely determined by the state of solving problems of personnel management, which have recently become increasingly important due to the growing role of the results of the enterprise. Personnel management is becoming a factor in ensuring economic stability and increasing the competitiveness of enterprises, so it needs more attention and remains relevant for all economic entities. The article reveals the basic concepts of the personnel management system at the enterprise, substantiates the methods of improving the personnel management system at the enterprise. The system of personnel selection for the enterprise LLC "ELSI" is analyzed in detail. A detailed description of the system of advanced training of personnel available at the researched enterprise is also given. From a brief description of the study of the state of the enterprise, in general, certain conclusions are made on the feasibility of restructuring the enterprise, the main author's recommendations on how to reduce ELSI's labor costs, and increase the efficiency of the enterprise in the future. It is emphasized that the company has a problem of staff turnover, so it is noted that this issue further requires a more detailed study and development of a set of measures that would help reduce staff turnover in LLC "Elsie". However, the issue of improving the personnel management system, especially in the conditions of the need to restructure the enterprise, has not been studied in detail. The relevance of the chosen area of research is explained by the fact that an effective and improved system of personnel management must include an improved system not only training, increasing the number and reducing staff turnover, through an improved system of motivation, which, in turn, will allow further reduce the company's costs for training and adaptation of new workers. That is why, on the example of ELSI LLC, which, according to research, has a high level of staff turnover, it was proposed to improve the personnel management system, taking into account the conditions in which the company found itself.
