Abstract

The article elaborates organizational and financial and economic support for the strategy of development of enterprises for the processing of solid household waste (SHW). It is noted that today for enterprises for the processing of solid waste, adaptive strategies are relevant, which determine the readiness of economic entities to implement appropriate measures. Adaptation of enterprises to new operating conditions, which are caused by risks and threats on the part of the external environment, is a priority task for the development of economic entities. The choice of strategies for the development of enterprises, which are aimed at ensuring adaptive capacity, requires the use of appropriate methodological instruments, which are based on the calculation of the coefficient of adaptive capacity. It is noted that in the development of measures for the strategic development of enterprises for the processing of SHW, an important aspect is the availability of the financial capacity of the company, necessary for the implementation of the relevant measures. The availability of the necessary resource provision characterizes the readiness of the enterprise to implement strategies. The technical component of improving the management of SHW is the separation of organic waste that easily decomposes at the time of its formation. Another important area of improvement in the management of SHW is the disposal of the hazardous component. Organic waste, which has a fast decay cycle, is a secondary raw material from which it is possible to obtain organic-mineral fertilizers and biogas in the future. For the development of waste recycling, it is necessary to create enterprises for the biochemical processing of organic waste at landfills, which will contribute to the production of alternative energy sources. As a result of the study, a conceptual approach to the formation of a system of strategic management of enterprises has been proposed, which provides for the interaction of all components of the system, which contains the purpose, objects, means of management, as well as theoretical and methodological support for the formation of enterprise development strategies. The proposed conceptual approach, in contrast to the existing ones, includes an algorithm for determining the level of strategic development of enterprises on the basis of an assessment of its internal resources, taking into account the influence of the external environment. Within the framework of the proposed approach, a matrix of SWOT analysis of the activities of enterprises for the processing of solid household waste was formed, which made it possible to allocate strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, taking into account the specifics of the functioning of the industry.
