Abstract

The article analyzes the issues of personnel management that almost every organization has to solve, since at present personnel management is becoming a strategic necessity for any company, which is also related to the situation on the labor market. The purpose of the study is to analyze and determine the main directions for optimizing the processes of recruitment and development of personnel at the enterprise. A sociometric study was conducted to determine the interaction and relationships of the company's employees to identify its organizational culture. The positive and negative aspects of personnel selection at the enterprise are highlighted and the main directions of its improvement are determined. Additional methods for the development of the company's personnel are also proposed. The conclusion is made about the need to optimize the activities of the Personnel Management of the enterprise.
