Abstract

The international standards of the ILO concerning the employment of young people have been studied. Author argued that ILO on different stages of their legislative activities paid attention to the regulation of working conditions of young people, stimulate active policy regarding youth employment, but in modern conditions, when increase the level of youth unemployment, ILO reinforces provisions on the need to strengthen the competitiveness of young people by qualitative improvement of training the technological challenges of our time.
