The main accents when covering the topic is the values of the staff, which set guidelines for behavior and determine the priority focus in crisis situations. The important role of corporate culture functions is emphasized, which reflect a purposeful direction of influence on the behavior of personnel, their interaction in professional and social spheres. Special attention is paid to adaptive, protective, educational and motivational functions that increase the adaptability of personnel, ensure psychological resilience and emotional maturity, especially in wartime conditions. The instrumental component of corporate culture is highlighted, thanks to which the processes and relationships in the legal field are normatively regulated. Changes in labor relations are emphasized during martial law, established by the legislation of Ukraine. Applied aspects are considered, embodied in interaction mechanisms, in particular: planning, coordination and organization of work in wartime conditions and personal financial security, adaptation of personnel to business needs in wartime conditions, establishment of a working regime, organizing work remotely. Emphasis is placed on the problem of saving jobs, which has become a difficult challenge. It was noted that the regulatory settlement of many issues of labor relations in wartime was based on the values of trust and preservation of people's lives, which testifies to the formation of a new culture of relations at all levels. It was concluded that the use of cultural approach in the coverage of the issues outlined in the article as a conceptual basis systematically and logically combines the scientific-theoretical aspect with the applied one. The scientific and theoretical aspect reflects the axiological level (value orientations), the applied aspect reflects the mechanism and technology of forming a culture of mutual relations in modern conditions, relying on both the normative component and the positive experience of domestic organizations acquired during the war.
