Abstract

The current study aimed to identify government school principals' attitudes toward digital management in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as to investigate differences in the degree of school principals’ attitudes toward digital management based on gender, educational qualification, and number of years of experience. The study sample included (187) principals who worked in the Directorate of Education of Irbid District in Irbid Governorate/Jordan during the first semester of the 2021-2022 academic year. To answer the research questions, the descriptive analytical approach was utilized. The results showed that school principals’ attitudes towards digital management in light of the COVID-19 were positive. The findings also revealed statistically significant variations in school principals’ attitudes toward digital management due to the gender variable favoring females and the degree variable favoring a PhD.
