Abstract
The mechanically transferred through-solution scheme of hardening of construction gypsum on Portland cement and concrete does not cause any other associations, except stories, as noted in the title of the article. The simplest experiments and the logic of the process call into question the basic positions of the foundation formed in the construction concrete science. What is the way out of the current concrete science impasse? Modernization of the theoretical models of hardening of the binders under study is associated with the inevitable labor- and morally costly problems as well as the corresponding processing of regulatory and technological documentation, changes in the usual skills and approaches.
