Abstract
The article reveals one of the forms of non-auditing activity of the educational institution of the economic direction and business school in particular. The author sets the goal of forming the economic competence of graduates of secondary schools at the business school classes in college conditions, which is one of the factors in ensuring multy-degree system of education. There were tasks: to find out the role of the business school in Ukraine and abroad, to uncover the organization and conducting of classes of such school based on an educational institution of economic direction. The research of this problem was conducted in two directions: theoretical and practical research. The theoretical study of the question gave an opportunity to find out the various forms of business schools. As an example, a business school providing additional information for entrepreneurs, a counseling form, as an extracurricular work. On the basis of the trade and economic institution of education, a business school was organized in order to attract students from secondary schools in Transcarpathian region to economic education, to study the basics of economic sciences, to acquire skills, to navigate themselves in the current market conditions, and to cause an interest in future entrepreneurial activity. The form of conducting the research was not lecture or practical lessons, but innovative ones. The training was made in the form of a game in accordance with the scientific principles, accessibility, communication with life, emotional training. The training session enabled the students to create groups, where participants had common interests, to get acquainted, and identify the leader. It was established (according to the results of the questionnaire of the participants) that the most productive were the quest lessons and business simulation classes. Our observation has shown that such classes develop the creativity of modern youth, the actual vision of business development and proved the effectiveness of such business schools. It was also stated that students had a motivational interest in future studying on economic faculties. Youth Business Projects Contest «Businessman in 5 Minutes», which was conducted in our college, showed the presence of entrepreneurial inclinations, as the proposed projects were aimed at their own vision of improving the business situation in Transcarpathian region, and this brought up the feeling of citizenship and patriotism. It was found out that multy-degree system of education within the framework of “school-college-university” is effective. The organization of business schools should help the future entrants to get acquainted with the world of professions, to become interested in domestic educational institutions.
