Abstract

Background Elaboration of a procedure to control stressed and strained state of the piping of main pipeline compressor stations within the system of control over the industrial safety of hazardous production facilities is considered in the work. Aims and Objectives The procedure of control over stressed and strained state of the process lines must be designed as a system of control over a hazardous production facility, which includes a subsystem of data collection and analysis, quantitative analysis of technogenic risks and elaboration of controlling decisions, as well as a feedback subsystem to effect the control. Results Using the statistical data it is shown that a compressor station is one of the most hazardous facilities within the main gas line system, and the technical condition of its piping determines the level of failure risk at the hazardous production facility. The work offers the solution for the structure of the system controlling the stressed and strained state of compressor station piping, so that to ensure the industrial safety of the compressor station.
