Abstract

The study of the peculiarities of the functioning of creolized texts in scientific discourse is one of the stages of multifaceted study by the author of this type of texts in modern Russian language. Creolized texts are a combination of two inhomogeneous plans: verbal and non-verbal. Scientific discourse has a lot of genres, stylistic and structural features, which are chosen based on the content of the text and the intention of the researcher. The use of creolized texts allows to visually present the results of the study, simplify the process of decoding information by readers, which contributes to a better understanding and memorization of the material. The article examined the main genres of multicomponent texts based on the material of scientific Russian-language publications from various fields of science: formulas, tables, diagrams, graphs, drawings. The study of creolized texts as an element of scientific discourse demonstrated the connection of the genres of discourse with the genres of creolized texts, and also illustrated the potential of this type of text in the presentation of information, in the training of recipients.
