Рыбохозяйственный комплекс России: проблемы ценообразования и санкции Запада

Abstract

The article examines the issue of fish and seafood production in Russia in 2010-2022. The pricing policy, quantitative and qualitative changes in the consumption of fish products by the population of the country, the dynamics of export-import operations of the Russian Federation with fish products are determined. It is established how the introduction of economic sanctions in 2014-2022 affected the trade in fish and seafood in Russia. The analysis of the situation with Russian fish products in the EU and the USA in their domestic consumption markets is given. The importance of the fishing industry for the country’s food security is revealed.
