Abstract

Digitalization of judicial activity is a natural process of modern society. The practical use of information technology in the work of the court has a positive effect on the optimization of legal proceedings. Digitalization of the court’s actions within the framework of the procedural function of facilitating reconciliation of the parties will allow bringing judicial reconciliation, and subsequently all types of conciliation procedures to a new level of their relevance to society. The introduction of information technology in conciliation procedures can be carried out on the basis of the judicial system. The author of the article substantiates that the potential of reconciliation is contained in the qualitative borrowing of the experience of the process of digitalization of the judicial system. The use of electronic document management and notification, online communication and video conferencing serves as an additional condition for the popularization of conciliation procedures.
