Abstract

A problem of peaceful coexistence of different cultures is a necessary condition of peaceful development of civilization, its survival. The solution of this problem is impossible without the application of new scientific approaches and concepts. The re-orientation of the study of history from «macro» to «micro-level» is an important step in the development of society. In such terms, every ethnic, cultural and religious group is perceived as equivalent and equal in rights. In the article is given the definition of multiculturalness, problems of multicultural compenenses forming. There is a certain establishment of education, understanding of psycological and pedagogical concepts. The theoretical aspects of these competenses are marked in an educational process.Offered approach of multicultural competenses forming are a theoretical base for educational environment creation, that would assist opening and development of all personality possibilities in the educational space, the activation of participants multicultural behavior in educational and behavioral process.
