Abstract

The article established that the problem of developing an approach to the formation of a response scenario to negative informational and psychological influences that will be exerted on the personnel of the National Guard of Ukraine during the performance of tasks to ensure state security, depending on the level of tension of the informational and psychological situation, is relevant. Therefore, the purpose of the article is to develop an approach to the formation of a response scenario to negative informational and psychological influences that will be exerted on the personnel of the National Guard of Ukraine in the course of performing tasks to ensure state security. It makes it possible to characterize the informational and psychological situation based on the description of the dynamics of the use of forms of informational and psychological confrontation, in which negative informational and psychological influence is exerted, as well as the peculiarities of the use of forms and methods of counteraction and protection against negative informational and psychological influence, taking into account assessments (real, predictive) indicators of the potential of subjects of informational and psychological influence and the expected consequences of the application of negative informational and psychological influence on the personnel of the National Guard of Ukraine (in percentage terms, the number of psychogenic losses among the personnel). The development of similar scenarios, taking into account situations that require the involvement of the National Guard of Ukraine to ensure state security, enable the commander (chief) to make effective decisions about maintaining the appropriate level of morale and psychological state of the personnel, the level of the degree of risk of psychogenic losses among the personnel, and the formation of appropriate options actions to counteract and protect against negative informational and psychological influences. The direction of further work is the creation and filling of scenario databases for use by automatic decision support systems.
