Abstract
Introduction. The humanistic approach to education involves overcoming one of the main disadvantages of the high school – its depersonalization. The basis of the implementation of this approach is the educational technologies of personality-oriented orientation which are becoming more and more important. At the same time, this problem is considered, for the most part, within the institutional, normatively-deterministic system of training specialists and did not find extensive coverage in personality-oriented education. Purpose. Substantiation of technological aspects of personality-oriented training of military specialists with higher education. Methods. The system of general scientific and special methods of theoretical (analysis of scientific literature on the studied problem, systematization, generalization of materials, content analysis) and empirical research (monitoring of military specialists, use of diagnostic tools, etc.). Results. The importance and essence of the problem under study is shown. The definitions of pedagogical technology, teaching technology are analyzed. Author's definition of pedagogical technology and technology of personality-oriented training of military specialists with higher education is given. Principles and basic principles of personality-oriented training of military specialists, factors that will increase the effectiveness of training military experts have been substantiated. An innovative model of the technology structure of personality-oriented training of military specialists is proposed, which includes the following components: projective-planning; organizational and procedural; control-monitoring, corrective.Originality. For the first time the principles are formulated and the innovative model of the technology structure of personality-oriented training of military specialists is presented. Its implementation in the Military-Educational Process of the higher military educational institutions should help increase the effectiveness of the training of military specialists.Conclusion The implementation of the proposed technology involves making changes to the normative-organizational, substantive, procedural and other components of the educational process of the higher military educational institutions, which should become the subject of further research.
