Abstract

The current spatial transformation has led to negative changes in the current conditions of life support of the population, namely, to a decrease in the infrastructure provision of non-urbanized territories. To solve this problem, it is necessary to make an assessment that allows to identify the level of infrastructure development in territories with different degrees of spatial organization. As a result, 4 types of non-urbanized territories were identified: with a high level of infrastructure development and a moderate degree of spatial organization (10 regions); with the highest level of infrastructure development and a significant degree of spatial organization (11 regions); with a satisfactory level of infrastructure development and a low degree of spatial organization (31 regions); with a critical level of infrastructure development and a degree of spatial organization (30 regions). For each type, measures are justified aimed at providing the population with socially significant objects to meet their service needs.
