ТРІАДА «ТРАДИЦІЯ – МОДА – КУЛЬТУРА: ПОЛІТОЛОГІЧНИЙ ВИМІР

Abstract

In the article it is noticed that the further development of a modern political science provides, first of all, improvement of its theoretical and methodological components. In this context concept «fashion» and its interactions with such elements categorical and conceptual device as «tradition» and «culture / political culture» (within the limits of development of ideas about existence of G. W. F. Hegel’s triad) are analyzed. The tradition is considered as the form of behavior and thinking of the political actor (R. Merton) that follows from its role within public job specialization (accomplishment of specific functions within system) The fashion is analyzed as one of many forms of life (G. Zimmel) with which help the tendency to social equalization unites with a tendency to individual differences. The culture / political culture is presented as the form of qualitative display of political activity or political creativity. It is proved that results of functioning of this triad allow to specify procedure of gradual transition in a modern society from one type of political culture to another type. The further researches and scientific investigations in this direction are offered to be concentrated, first of all, on two moments. First, this is determination of conditions, factors, etc. at which the political subject will be guided in the choice between the traditional actions, new samples of behavior and the modified variants of the standard actions for benefit of one of them; Secondly, this is designing of the scheme on which occurs within social and political practice of subjects of accumulating of certain elements of one type of political culture (from institutional and political to social and psychological) within another and which allows to perform this transition between different types of political consciousness and political activity.
