Abstract

The article presents a number of modern methodological means of systematization of researches of public admi­nistration mechanisms developed and applied in the works of Ukrainian scientists. The first of them provides for the passporting of research according to the criterion of attrition of dissertations to the relevant scientific specialty. The second means contributed to the definition of universal mechanisms of public administration by their systematization by type and type of activity with the allocation of the general field and methodological scheme of research. The third means to allocate the basic mechanisms of public administration as having no alternative, since they perform only certain managerial functions. The fourth tool provides for the allocation and systematization of mechanisms for the implementation of political decisions in public administration. The fifth tool is aimed at taking into account the causal relationship of functions and mechanisms of public administration. The sixth tool is based on the ordering of mechanisms of interlevel interaction in the system of state power. The seventh tool provides for typing processes and tools of public administration technology. The eighth tool allowed highlighting the main components of the mechanism of knowledge growth in the system of public administration. The latter is actually an integral element of the knowledge management system in the system of public administration. The ninth tool is based on the use of methods of game theory. Knowledge of these tools allows to significantly expand the methodological field of research of public administration mechanisms and may lead to new ideas on their further development and systematization.
