Due to the growth of the automobile fleet, according to expert estimates and research conducted in Vladikavkaz, especially in its historical part, there is more than a twofold shortage of Parking spaces. The real lack of space for vehicles forces drivers to Park vehicles in clear violation of traffic Rules, which leads to a significant reduction in the capacity of streets and the occurrence of congestion.
