Abstract

The study examines how satisfaction with cultural facilities and changes in perceptions affect project support, verifies whether changes in perceptions have a mediating effect, and suggests implications for future cultural facility projects. To this end, literature on cultural facilities, satisfaction, and project support were reviewed, and exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, path analysis and bootstrapping were conducted using data collected from users. The analysis found that facility satisfaction and perception change had a positive (+) effect on project support, and facility satisfaction had a positive (+) effect on perception change. The change in perception was found to have a partial mediating effect between facility satisfaction and project support. Finally, it was found that there was a difference in the effect relationship between measurement variables for each facility. The results of this study can be used as reference materials for pushing ahead balanced development projects and cultural tourism facility projects.
