Abstract
هدفت الدراسة إلى قياس أثر تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة في جودة الخدمات الطبية في المستشفيات العاملة في مدينة الحديدة, وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي التحليلي, والاستبانة أداة رئيسة لجمع البيانات الأولية, وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (588) فرداً من الإداريين, الأطباء, الممرضين, المخبريين, الصيدلانيين, وكانت أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة وجود أثر ذي دلالة إحصائية لتطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة بأبعادها في جودة الخدمات الطبية في المستشفيات عينة الدراسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: إدارة الجودة الشاملة, جودة الخدمات الطبية. The Impact of Total Quality Management on Healthcare Service Quality: An Applied Study on a Sample of Hospitals Operating in Hodeidah, Yem Zayed Ali AbdulKhaleq Al-manzuoa Adel Hassan Yassine Deber Associate professor of business management, Albaydha University Researcher at the Center of Business Administration, Sana'a University Abstract: The study aimed to identify the impact of total quality management (TQM) on the healthcare services provided by hospitals operating in the city of Hodeidah. The researchers used the descriptive-analytical approach. A questionnaire was used as the main tool for collecting primary data. The sample consisted of 588 individuals from administrative, medical, nursing, laboratory, and pharmacy professionals. The data was analyzed using the SPSS statistical package. The study concluded that there was a statistically significant impact of TQM with its dimensions on the quality of healthcare services in the hospitals under study.
