About issue
 The issue is published on the basis of the materials of the third International Conference "Management of Territorial Clusters" - 2017 in FGBOU VO "Moscow State University of Technology and Management named after K.G. Razumovsky" 05/30/2017.
 The event is held at the initiative of the Moscow State University of Technology and management of it. K.G. Razumovsky "with the participation of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Industry and Trade The Russian Federation, the Ministry of Energy of Russia, the Ministry of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East, representatives of other federal and regional government bodies and organizations.
 The purpose of the scientific-practical conference is: discussion and development of proposals aimed at development of mechanisms of public-private partnership in territorial clusters, interaction between universities and clusters, command formation, participation of clusters in the federal agenda, incl. implementation of the priority measures to ensure sustainable development of the economy of the Russian Federation.
 Within the framework of the Conference, various topics related to the development and overcoming of the current crisis phenomena during the development of territorial clusters and the implementation of strategic documents for their development were discussed.
 The Conference will be attended by representatives of federal and regional authorities, communities, branch organizations, representatives of development institutions, innovative and territorial cluster.
