Abstract

The paper is focused on the actual issue of the development of social activity of future medical workers in an educational institution from the position of hermeneutical approach. Education and training of specialists in process of professional training position hermeneutical approach contributes to a better understanding of themselves and others, understanding of events, identifying significant connections, patterns, processes and phenomena. Using the hermeneutical approach, students' values are internalized by means of direct experience of the situation, living experience, which result in a holistic understanding of the situation and giving it meaning. This approach forms new types of comprehension through an appeal to the mental experience of students, a conscious and responsible attitude to professional activity. The specialists who are socially active, responsible, capable of independent decision-making and implementation of innovative projects are needed in modern society.
