Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of self-awareness, transparent relationships, internalized moral perspectives, and systematic information systems on positive psychological capital and organizational change commitment for domestic service companies. as a result of the analysis, first, all four sub-factors of authentic leadership had a significant positive (+) effect on positive psychological capital. second, among the sub-factors of authentic leadership, all three factors, excluding the internalized moral perspective, had a significant positive (+) effect on organizational change commitment. third, in the relationship between balanced information systems and organizational change commitment, which are sub-factors of authentic leadership, employees with high organizational cynicism had a significant influence on their commitment to organizational change. finally, in the relationship between positive psychological capital and organizational change commitment, employees with low organizational cynicism had a significant influence on organizational change commitment.
