Abstract

The reformation of the schoolchildren’s physical education system of the PRC is carried out taking into consideration the US experience but adding national standards in the sphere of physical education. The aim of the article is to study and analyze peculiarities of schoolchildren’s physical education system of the People’s Republic of China. The system of state standards is being actively developed and implemented in the PRC. Physical education entrance examinations to higher educational establishments are being implemented. Anatomic-physical peculiarities of schoolchildren should be considered as a positive factor while planning physical education lessons. Primary school standards analysis indicates their complexity and versatility for young schoolchildren. The example of the PRC in the construction and realisation of the schoolchildren’s physical education system is representative and extremely perspective. Consideration of the trained pedagogical specialists is worth further attention for the implementation the reforms in the sphere of physical education.
