Abstract

The synthesis technologies of amino-formaldehyde resins of grades KF-MT-NP and AFK-10 obtained using the peptization method are considered, as a result of that it is possible to completely eliminate vacuum drying. It makes possible to achieve an ecological process of obtaining synthetic resins. A modifying additive (NP) was used as a peptizer, which is an inorganic polymer capable of effectively binding free formaldehyde in the resin, as well as stabilizing the properties of the resin, prolonging its viability up to 6—7 months.
