Abstract
The arthroscopic bony procedures during rotator cuff repair include acromioplasty, distal clavicle resection, foot-print preparation and coracoplasty. The indication of each bony procedure is based on the theoretical reasons,and various types of surgical techniques are available. The purpose of this review article is to review the back-grounds of the indication and surgical techniques in the arthroscopic bony procedures during rotator cuff repair.
