Abstract

The article considers the existing shortcomings and problems in the process of evaluating and improving the eff ectiveness of professional staff development. The article gives the results of the authors analysis of accumulated domestic and foreign experience of increase of effi ciency of professional development of specialists and managers at all levels of management with the use of a wide palette of concepts and evaluation methods. The main issues aff ecting the quality of implementation of the process of enhancing professional development of personnel in modern organizations are formulated and analyzed. The key activities are identifi ed, the successful implementation of which helps to minimize operational risks from ineff ective implementation of processes evaluation of effectiveness and professional development of personnel in the organization.
