Abstract
В статті досліджено і систематизовано теоретичні підходи до поняття «модель», визначено сфери застосування, тенденції популяризації даного поняття, обґрунтовано призначення моделі відповідно до її ролі. Здійснено синтез підходів до поняття «економічна модель», виокремлено основні вимоги до її побудови. Обґрунтовано доцільність впровадження та сутність поняття «економічна модель університету».
