Abstract
The issue of interaction of employees of EMERCOM of Russia with children is highlighted. The activities and measures contributing to maximizing the effectiveness of emergency rescue, evacuation, and rescue operations involving children are presented. Revealing the issue of national security of the country, we touch upon the description of the protection of the population and territories from emergency situations. Protection is provided by the availability of highly qualified specialists. Special attention is paid to such components as: knowledge of child psychology, physical fitness, personal qualities (responsibility, endurance, sociability, observation), stress resistance. The rationale for the measures of a careful algorithm of work when working with children is as follows: in the event of an emergency, it is necessary to act decisively and quickly, and at the same time carefully and thoughtfully.
