Abstract

The tasks of creating a mathematical model for analyzing the reliability of transport networks are considered. Among the proposed tasks are highlighted: analysis of factors affecting reliability; creating stochastic and cognitive models for describing the probabilistic state of the network structure; removal of information uncertainty; construction of bifurcation events and processes with failures and restoration of network equipment; building an algorithm for assessing the state of a network, selecting an effective structure and predicting an evolutionary process of a transport network. To implement the tasks, information tools are indicated.
