Abstract
The purpose of the study is to determine possibility of using socio-cultural phenomenon of story-making, popular in online space, as a pedagogical tool in a modern school. The article examines essence of socio-cultural phenomenon of story-making; describes features of culture of “co-participation”, which determine, among other things, formation of new pedagogical tools; justifies appropriateness of using story-making as a pedagogical tool in a modern school. Scientific novelty of the research lies in identifying characteristic features of socio-cultural phenomenon of story-making, substantiating multi-functionality of phenomenon of story-making, broadening understanding of the potential that phenomenon of story-making carries through its use as a pedagogical tool. As a result, it is proved that story-making can be used in a modern school as a pedagogical tool.
