Abstract
The purpose of this study examined the analysis of relationship among emotional labor, positive psychological capital and job burnout of sports center employee. Through convenience sampling method, selected 244 survey questionnaires were used for final analysis from sports center employee. With the collected data, descriptive analysis, factor, correlation, multiple regression and mediation were performed by SPSS WIN 21.0 & AMOS 2 1.0. The results of this study are as follows. First, the surface acting of sports center employee had negative effect on positive psychological capital, the deep acting had positive effect. Second, the surface acting of sports center employee had positive effect on job burnout, the deep acting had negative effect on cynicism and decreased occupational efficacy. Third, the positive psychological capital of sports center employee had negative effect on job burnout. Fourth, the positive psychological capital fully mediated effect between emotional labor and job burnout. These above results suggest that emotional labor is involved in positive psychological capital and job burnout, and the higher psychological capital the lower job burnout.
