This study was a descriptive study with 258 nursing students from 2 Department of Nursing. Data were collected in June-July 2014 using a structured self-report questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression. The mean scores for multicultural awareness, multicultural attitude and multicultural efficacy were 3.55±.43, 3.70±.57 and 3.89±.52 respectively. Multicultural awareness had a significant positive correlation to multicultural attitude and multicultural efficacy, and multicultural attitude had a significant positive correlation to multicultural efficacy. In the multiple linear regression, factors that influenced multicultural efficacy were multicultural attitude, multicultural awareness and grade. These variables explained about 50% of the total variance of multicultural efficacy. It is significant to understand the impact that factors in the state with little research to identify the factors that influence the multicultural efficacy of nursing students. Significance was also important to present the basis for the development of training programs that can improve the multicultural efficacy of nursing students on this basis.
