Abstract
An important step in the development and implementation of an organization's development strategy is to evaluate its effectiveness. In the process of evaluating the effectiveness of the strategy, both the features of the external environment, including its economic instability, and the internal features of the organization for which the strategy is being developed should be taken into account. Thus, the need for research in this area is determined by the need to form an optimal methodology for assessing the effectiveness of the developed development strategy, which will allow predicting the success of its implementation. The purpose of the study is to form an estimated combined model that allows you to combine quantitative and qualitative indicators of the effectiveness of the organization's development strategy. The research methods are: comparative analysis, statistical analysis, PEST-analysis, benchmarking, classification and ranking, etc. The result of the study is an estimated combined model that allows you to combine quantitative and qualitative indicators of the effectiveness of the organization's development strategy. The authors conclude that the system of performance indicators of the restaurant business development strategy is a complex complex that allows you to control the organization's parameters that reflect the process of its functioning.
