Abstract

The low production discipline and human mistakes are basic reasons of accidents in the process of wells construction along with defects of drilling equipment. Statistical data on accident rate on objects of oil and gas production confirms that. In article the use of the new system of the admission to works developed on the basis of accounting of an urgent functional condition of the person as effective instrument of reducing risk of accidents is offered. Practical developments outlined in the article are based on the theoretical basis of risk calculation in the construction of oil and gas wells. Also, the use of the proposed methodology of the current functional state of the person is offered due to the large volume of applied experimental research conducted at hazardous production facilities of oil and gas complex. The authors analyze the existing methods for determining the readiness of personnel to perform hazardous work and the system of professional selection of personnel. The results of the analysis concluded that the current system of professional selection is based on interview and medical examination, which is inefficient. Also, if you work permit for hazardous work are not taken into account the actual functional state of the employee. Identifying the actual functional state of workers can be observed that the real cause of the negative result can be fatigue, anxiety or emotionalism. The analysis of the functional state of the working people in conditions of real production activities inevitably goes beyond just physiological research and involves the development of psychological and social-psychological directions of the considered issues. In the context of the experiment, the true definition of the actual functional condition of the person as a systemic reaction of the organism and of the human psyche.
