Abstract

Theoretical bases of counteraction to corruption with specification of the conceptual apparatus of science of public administration are opened. The basic methodological components of the formation and implementation of anti-corruption policy of the state are outlined. It is determined that the anti-corruption policy should be integrated into the basic strategy of the state development. It is proved that the effectiveness of the state's anticorruption policy depends on strong political will, which is embodied in the anti-corruption strategy and effective functioning of a comprehensive system of authorized institutions.
