Abstract
The tasks of effective use of natural energy resources for sustainable growth of the Russian economy, improving the quality of life of the population and promote strengthening of foreign economic positions are becoming more relevant. To ensure that the production processes of PJSC «Gazprom» consumes almost 10% of the amount produced of the Russian Federation for natural gas. Thus, the main energy saving potential is concentrated in the sector of natural gas transportation. In recent years, PJSC «Gazprom» produces replacement of obsolete gas-pumping units operated at compressor stations. At the same time seeking to increase the individual capacity of pumping equipment, as with the same initial settings units with more power have greater efficiency and lower unit costs. The number and type of installed units is determined at the projection of parameters of the pipelines. The increase in seasonal fluctuations and reduced load of gas pipelines leads to a rejection of modes of operation of gas pumping units off-design regimes, which in turn could lead to increased consumption of fuel gas for the units. In this regard, it becomes relevant the consideration of options for the selection of equipment with the complexity of the most significant indicators. The article presents the results of the development method of decision support, when choosing the optimal layout of compressor stations in the conditions of non-pipeline transport of gas. To develop a method applied a method of analysis of hierarchies. In the paper compares several options for the design of compressor shops and almost justified the choice of the most rational option.
